Featured Floor Plan | A10

Let me first start off by saying, I am no Joanna Gaines. My interior design style can best be described as “Pinterest Expectation vs. Pinterest Reality”. My fiancé, Shane and I are currently renovating our home and being able to look at a blank canvas and decorate it however I want has allowed me to look past the current dust cloud of our home ?
 
I choose the A10 floorplan, a 858 square foot one bedroom with den apartment home. This floor plan is found in our South Building and unlike other apartments, boasts views of the Boston Skyline AND the marina. This floor plan is also lucky enough to have a window in the den! With the apartment being North facing, you’ll be able to see sunrises over the marina and sunsets behind the city skyline; for all those natural light lovers, this is your dream.
 
As far as the set-up of the apartment home, putting pen to paper helps me get a better concept of the layout. I hope you all can read my chicken scratch! I also noted on Meriel’s Pinterest board where certain design styles and set-ups would be found. Sweet and Simple. And when in doubt, add more throw pillows.
